Formalities of healing services:

What should I keep

  • Master advice report.
  • Identification Proof (Passport/Aadhar card/Voter ID card/ Driving license).
  • Estimate as given for the procedure.
  • If necessary, submit your Previous investigation report / X-ray film / treatment report, doctor and Healers’ prescriptions.
  • Shangri-La International Health Insurance card (if applicable).
  • Employee ID card and corporate letter (for corporate patients if applicable).
  • Medications, if you are currently taking.
  • Wear appropriate clean and comfortable clothing.

What not to keep

  • Jewellery, Hairpins, Nail polish (fingers or toes) and Makeup box
  • Mobile phone, Tablet and Laptop
  • Any electronic device
  • Large sums of money
  • Watch, bracelet, belt, wallet and shoes
  • Spectacles, Contact lenses and physical aids (walking sticks, hearing aids)

On Healing season

On season you will be given a USID (Unique Service Identification) number. This USID number will serve you lifelong and help the Treatment in creating an accessible database for all your treatment records while you are being treated in Shangri-La International.

Payment Procedures

You can pay by Cash up to INR. ₹1,99,999 (up to One Lakh Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred & Ninety Nine, as per RBI Guidelines), Credit / Debit card, Demand Draft. If you are paying by demand draft it should be drawn in favour of Shangri-La International. You can also pay through NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer), RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement) Google Pay, PayTM and PayPal.

Payment Clearance and Refund Policy

Any refund to the patient will be refunded through NEFT / Cheque within 5 working days from your cancellation request. Patient / Patient relatives need to provide banking details as per the format.
We request you to update your bill status as per T&C from our billing helpline irrespective of the mode of settlement i.e Cash / Google Pay / PayTM / PayPal / RTGS / NEFT / DD / Credit & Debit card.
We kindly request you to always take the computer-generated authentic payment receipt copy. We request you to carry all original receipt copy of final bill settlement at the last day of final report from master.

As your recovery progresses it is expected that you will continue to convalesce at home.
