A Guide to Shangri-La International

– Open your Shangri-La patient portal (www.portal.shangrilainternational.in) to make a booking.

– Login to your Shangri-La patient portal. On Logging in, you’ll be shown your dashboard (or user page).
Note- If you are a first time to Shangri-La International or have never registered before, you will need to create an account.

– On dashboard, you’ll be shown the Take your new appointment.

– Choose patient Problem, Treatement. Then click on I’m available on or after to select the patient will have time on those dates & tap NEXT.

– Click on a time slot to proceed with booking of Healing, tap NEXT.

– Now provide patient details in the form to proceed with booking. And tap NEXT to make your booking.

You will receive a booking confirmation on your screen.

If you want to know the appointment status, then tap Appointment Status on your top right side.

We understand that there are times when you want to book in emergency to remain assured that you will receive an emergency consultation or treatment when you most need it.

– You can book on Shangri-La instantly from your Shangri-La International official website (www.shangrilainternational.in) using EMERGENCY BOOKING option on your top right corner.

– You will receive a booking page by pop-up on your screen.

– Choose patient Address, Service (to select treatment method), Appointment with (to choose with), Select Date & Time. Then enter patient information such as Name, Address, Phone number.

– Now, check your appointment details booking overview and tap I agree box to confirm. Then press submit button.

Your appointment will be successful. An email with your booking details will be sent to you.

– Open your Shangri-La patient portal (www.portal.shangrilainternational.in).

– Just login your Shangri-La account with E-mail ID and password. On Logging in, you’ll be shown your dashboard (or user page).

– On dashboard, you’ll be shown on your top right side Appointment Status, now tap on it.

To book an Shangri-La International offline, all you need to do is:-

– Call the Shangri-La International helpline number now. (Click here to save the contact details.)

– Tell the patient’s problem over the call and get an appointment for the date of booking of treatment.

– On confirming the booking, a message with patient details will be sent to your registered Mobile Number and E-mail ID.

If you want to know the appointment status offline, then remember we’re just a call away at any hour of the day.
You can also check your appointment status online. Just login your account with E-mail ID and password, then tap Appointment Status on your top right side.

My Account

Here are a few tips to help you get started with Shangri-La International:

– Please go to portal.shangrilainternational.in and select REGISTRATION Block.

– While registering, enter the details such as your name and email to create an account. Once you’ve filled in all the details, tap REGISTER.

– Next you will receive a conformation mail on your e-mail ID to verify your E-mail or User ID.

Now you tap Login Button. (or go to Home Page and select LOGIN Block) After you enter the Email ID and Password, tap Login.

Please note that there is a limit on the number of accounts that can be created on one E-mail ID.

You will be able to log in to your Shangri-La International account with E-mail and password only if you have already Registered for your Shangri-La International account.

To log in with E-mail ID and password, all you need to do is:-

– Please go to portal.shangrilainternational.in and select LOG IN Block.
– Enter your E-mail ID registered with Shangri-La International.
– Enter the password for your Shangri-La International account and tap Log in.

In case you have forgotten the password for your account, please click on Forgot your password? link available on the screen to reset your password.

If you have forgotten the password of your Shangri-La International
account, follow the steps given below to reset your password.

– Click on Forgot your password? link available on the screen of Login page to reset your password.
– Or Enter the link portal.shangrilainternational.in/password-reset/ and press enter.
– Next enter your e-mail ID, tap Reset my password.
– You will receive a password reset link on your email ID registered with Shangri-La International. Please use the link sent to your email ID to reset your password.
– On Set password screen, enter a new password.
– Re-enter your new password to verify.

You will be successfully logged in to your Shangri-La International account.

Note- Your new password should be a minimum of eight characters and a mix of both alphabets and numbers.

If you do not find patient dashboard for treatment or appointment of your Shangri-La International account, follow the steps given below.

– Please go to portal.shangrilainternational.in and select LOG IN Block.
– After that you enter the Email ID and Password registered with your Shangri-La International account, tap Login.
– Now click on Your account link or tap your username (Icon), displayed on the screen.

You will be successfully sent to your Shangri-La International patients’ dashboard.

Payment and Refund

You can opt to pay by Cash up to INR. ₹1,99,999 (Up to INR. One Lakh Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred & Ninety Nine, as per RBI Guidelines) for your treatment.
All you need to do is our staff from Shangri-La International billing department will go to your place, you will pay after verifying the payment invoice.

Shangri-La Priority Card offers the convenience of cashless Treatment.
When you opt to pay with Shangri-La Priority Card, the bill amount is automatically deducted from your Shangri-La Priority wallet. In case your Shangri-La Priority wallet balance is insufficient, you will need to pay the remaining amount in cash or NEFT / RTGS or Debit / Credit Card.

Now cashless service and pleasance. You can opt to pay by Credit / Debit Card to enjoy hassle free payments.
All you need to do is our staff from Shangri-La International billing department will go to your place, you can pay by Credit / Debit Card after verifying the payment invoice.

You can also add your credit / debit card to your Shangri-La Priority Wallet to make hassle-free payments.

Note- Alternatively, If your card payment fails, you can pay in cash to the Shangri-La International staff.

Shangri-La International offers the convenience of cashless treatment even when you want treatment for distant healing.
You can opt for contactless payment through any certified third-party applications for your treatment. [Certified by R.B.I] or you can payment through Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayZapp, PayTm, PayPal, chillr, yono SBI and any official banking applications.

Any refund to the patient will be refunded through NEFT / Cheque within 5 working days from your cancellation request. Patient / Patient relatives need to provide banking details as per the format.
